Symposium fee for ISSS 2022 academic and non-academic delegates as well as students:

• Submission of 2 abstracts
• Access to all scientific program and exhibition hall
• Symposium materials (bag, badge, program and abstract book; all other printed materials)
• Certificate of attendance
• Daily coffee breaks and lunch
• Participation in the entire social program (Gala dinner, etc.)
• VAT

• Submission of 4 abstracts (2 for ISSS 2022 and 2 for HPTLC 2022)

Payment terms

All fees for the symposium registration should be paid in euros (EUR). The registration process is not complete until the registration fee has been paid.

  Cancellation policy

Modifications and cancellations of registration must be reported in writing to the Organizing Committee (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) prior to May 15, 2022. An administrative charge (60 €) will be applied. After this date, no modification is possible and no refund can be made for cancellations. Registration is transferable within the same registration category.

  Letter of invitation

Upon request, the Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to enable participants to obtain supporting funds or visas for attending the 26th ISSS 2022. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support.
